Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or opened items.
If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll absolutely sort it. We offer replacements or refunds for incorrect orders.
Minor damage to outer packaging during shipping doesn’t qualify for a return if the product inside is unaffected.
If you believe you’ve received the wrong order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll take care of it.
